1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by omnirevaltion.com ("Company," "we," "our"), including our website, courses, study materials, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

omnirevaltion.com provides Japanese language education services including but not limited to: group and private language courses, JLPT preparation programs, business Japanese training, cultural immersion activities, online learning resources, and student visa sponsorship assistance. Services are provided at our school located at 123 Main Street, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido 060-0001, Japan, and through online platforms.

3. Enrollment and Registration

To enroll in our courses, you must complete a registration form, take a placement assessment (if applicable), and submit the required documentation. Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or approval of a payment plan. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment if a course is full or if we determine the course is not appropriate for your current level.

4. Payment Terms

  • Course fees are due before the start of each term unless a payment plan has been arranged
  • We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and approved payment plan arrangements
  • All prices are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
  • Registration fees are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed
  • Study materials fees are separate from tuition and are non-refundable once materials have been distributed

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 30+ days before course start: Full refund minus registration fee
  • 14-29 days before course start: 70% refund of tuition
  • 7-13 days before course start: 50% refund of tuition
  • Less than 7 days before course start: No refund
  • After course begins: No refund for the current term. You may transfer to a future term within 6 months if space allows

Free trial weeks may be cancelled at any time with no obligation or charge.

6. Student Responsibilities

As a student, you agree to:

  • Attend classes regularly and punctually
  • Complete assigned homework and participate in class activities
  • Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect
  • Follow school rules regarding device usage, attendance, and conduct
  • Not record, distribute, or share course materials without written permission
  • Maintain valid visa status if studying on a student visa
  • Notify us promptly of any changes to your contact information or visa status

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, curriculum, study resources, quizzes, podcasts, and other intellectual property provided by omnirevaltion.com are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal study purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent.

8. Visa Sponsorship

For students requiring a student visa, we provide sponsorship documentation in accordance with Japanese immigration law. Visa approval is at the sole discretion of Japanese immigration authorities, and we cannot guarantee visa issuance. In the event of visa denial, tuition fees will be refunded minus any administrative processing costs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, omnirevaltion.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of income, data, or academic progress. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be governed by the laws of Japan. The parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sapporo District Court in Hokkaido, Japan.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will provide notice via email to enrolled students.
